Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between US Travel Tour (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of US travel-related services (hereinafter "Services") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Services" means US travel consultation, quotation, reservation, guide, and protocol services provided by the Company.
2. "User" means a person who uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" means a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company.

Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company posts the content of these Terms on the initial service screen so that users can easily know them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of not violating relevant laws.
3. When the Company amends the Terms, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for amendment along with the current Terms from 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

1. US travel consultation and quotation services
2. Travel itinerary planning and reservation services
3. Professional guide and protocol services
4. Transportation and accommodation booking agency
5. VIP customized travel services
6. Corporate and group travel services

Article 5 (Service Use)

1. Service use is in principle available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical difficulties.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in case of unavoidable reasons such as regular system maintenance, expansion, and replacement.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Registration of false information when applying or making changes
2. Theft of others' information
3. Alteration of information posted by the Company
4. Transmission or posting of information other than that designated by the Company (such as computer programs)
5. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company or third parties
6. Acts that damage the reputation or interfere with the business of the Company or third parties
7. Acts that violate relevant laws

Article 7 (Reservation and Contract)

1. Users may proceed with reservations after confirming the quotation provided by the Company.
2. Reservation confirmation is established when the user receives the Company's reservation confirmation notice.
3. After the contract is established, the user must pay the travel fee within the period set by the Company.

Article 8 (Cancellation and Refund)

1. Users may cancel the contract before the start of travel, in which case a cancellation fee according to the travel business terms will be charged.
2. Cancellation fees vary depending on the period between the reservation confirmation time and the travel start date.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation notice.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or epidemics.
2. The Company is not responsible for service use disruptions due to the user's fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for users not obtaining expected profits from using the services.

Article 10 (Privacy Protection)

The Company strives to protect users' personal information as prescribed by relevant laws. A separate Privacy Policy applies to the protection and use of personal information.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for damages.
2. In case of disputes related to these Terms, Korean law shall apply, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
