3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

- Reservation and service usage information: 5 years after service completion (E-Commerce Act)
- Consumer complaint or dispute resolution records: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
- Website visit records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law or by investigative authorities following legally prescribed procedures
5. Destruction Procedure and Method
The Company destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing has been achieved.

Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, or destroyed immediately.
